In compliance with Article 13 (information) of the Legal Decree no. 196 from June 30th, 2003, we inform you, that Paris ultental reisen KG des Paris G. processes personal data belonging to customers and supplies as well as persons who willingly communicate their personal data to our sales office or the management (in writing, by telephone, fax or via email).

Within statutory provisions, our Company guarantees, that the processing of personal data will occur with respect to the basic rights and freedom as well as the dignity of the person concerned with regard to non-disclosure, the personal identity, and the right of protection of personal data.

Goal and purpose of data processing:
• Fulfilling legal obligations, obligations from regulations, Community standards and civil and fiscal laws
• Fulfilling possible contractual obligations to the affected person
• Fulfilling duties in connection with the business activities of Paris ultental reisen such as filling out internal statistics, issuing invoices, and keeping client/supplier books
• Goals related to any type of business, like the submission of business information and commercial material (by regular mail, fax and e-mail), marketing and market research

This means, the data provided by you may be subject to, whether or not by automatic means, collection, recording, organisation, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blockage, communication, distribution, deletion, cancellation and destruction. In any case, the processing of data will occur by respecting all security measurements to ensure safety and non-disclosure of the data.

The Privacy Law grants the affected person the option of exercising certain rights in accordance with Art. 7. Specifically, he/she has the right to be informed if and which data about him/her are on hand, even if these are not yet stored; and to receive, in a comprehensible form, more detailed information about these data, their origin and the reason and purpose of their processing; as well as information concerning the owners and persons responsible for processing the data and categories of persons with whom these data may possibly be shared. The person affected has the right to check and confirm, correct or complement the personal data, but also request the cancellation and blocking of these data, and to make such data anonymous, if the processing of such data violates the legal regulations. The person affected has the right to refuse the processing of the data in whole or in part, and to demand its deletion, blocking or conversion into anonymous data if there is a justified reason; he/she has the same rights, even without a justified reason, if the data is used for commercial purposes, to send advertising materials, for direct sales or for market and opinion polls.
